CA Electrolysis is owned and operated by Cynthia Dughman and Anoulla Ghannam, who have practiced electrolysis and have been specializing in permanent hair removal since 2001 and are licensed by the state of Califonia in Thermolysis, Electrolysis, and Blend. They are also members of American Electrolysis Association (AEA) and Electrolysis Association of California (EAC).
